Why did Globcal International create this WebLog?

Because it is Important!

Globcal International is quickly adapting itself to a semantic borderless world through the use of the blockchain. This WebLog was the easiest solution for a 'follow this' 'noindex' directive using Blogger/FeedBurner (RSS) resource that documents our formal measures taken using blockchain together with cloud based data organization technology. Globcal International is working to develop projects that are based in benevolence, human rights, social justice, goodwill, and environmental sustainability; we cannot afford wasted time backtracking and providing microservices to clients, so all our information and presentation must be explicit, self-service, clear, and easy to understand, therefore this logging system was developed as a solution to creating a universal feed and log of our accountable resources.

More importantly as an organization working as a cooperative group consisting of many members, we understand that thousands of potential active members and followers may someday become involved in our cryptocurrency program involving natural capital assets owned by the indigenous tribes of the Americas. Globcal International ambassadors and colonels have worked to establish treaties to provide long-term ecosystem services globally through these tribes and have taken preliminary steps to organize these protectorships as the basis for our cryptocurrency program and international foundation in Belize. The responsibilities we are obligated to therein under international law are great, so documentation and accountability will need to become the practical order of the day.

General Notice for Non-State Network Members

The addition and development of this webmaster record shall include all links and pages developed for or by the organization, it is important that all members that wish to be included in this record contact the webmaster and have their pages vetted and verified with us using their IDaaS (Cloud Identity). Once each page has been cleared as not to create any search engine or indexing problems, it will be added to this resource and can be recommended. Each page and website will get an article here on the WebLog and also at our blogs: Goodwill Ambassadors of the World if they are ambassadors and/or on the official Globcal International Blog. New unannounced projects are under development to replace pilot programs after a three year trial in Facebook for the organizational commission.

This resource creates the ability to enhance our semantic web profile transparently, because this is not an indexed resource except for the feed it produces, the RSS Sitemap (network-feed) that it produces is indexed and allows search engines to find our online footprint.

All resources should be branded and styled in accordance with our own images, examples and CSS stylesheet from our server for subdomains and personal domains which in turn should be registered (whitelisted) with us individually to permit hot-linking to work with CORS for our stylesheet, images, pages, scripts and security policy. Members should be timely with micromanaged requests for consultation.

Globcal International Root Domains use HTML5 and CSS3

Defining the Root of the Network

Our naked root domain is [globcal.net] using normal hyper-text transfer protocol (HTTP) without the use of the preceding [www] domain server mirror is forwarded to HTTPS. The Globcal International website root is redirected by Google Domains to Google Sites where we subscribe to G-Suite for our network administrators. To date we have yet to find a safer way to prevent from being hacked or spoofed.

The current network uses strict RFDa and JSON-LD semantic microforming in some of the pages combined with HTML5 and CSS3 with some JavaScript, the Organization and the WebSite with the same name understand the importance of the grid and integrity as it is practical and legal.

Adding Blockchain and Decentralized Technologies

The additional use of blockchain and cloud technology for the development of our international ICT is changing our horizons in how we process and maintain data leading us to constantly evolve toward a more global presence. In 2020 the network will grow to over 1000 points of contact and a website presence accessible to nearly 80% of all Internet users.

The Globcal International Non-State Network can be found firmly rooted at the globcal.net generic top-level network domain (gTLD) using this RSS Sitemap. Our alternate configuration involves the development of a new website root co-located on a 'new' encrypted Non-State Network Server, meanwhile in preparation for the changeover we are incorporating CORS and advanced security features for our users and members using IDaaS for single-sign-on (SSO) and SAML 2.0 applications as a Google G-Suite for Business and Enterprise Development Partner with the new Google Sites which offers a secure HTTPS environment for Cloud Identity users with IDaaS.

Connect with the New Globcal International this Spring

Globcal International will begin the re-boarding of the membership and citizenship projects in 2020 for our re-introduction as a benevolent non-state actor (BNSA) and international nongovernmental organization (iNGO) that operates outside the jurisdiction of the nation-state as an offshore trust administered by an international civil society organization (iCSO) that is duly known by the United Nations. The www root domain mirror using HTTPS is being implemented for this purpose at www.globcal.net.
